Shipping policy

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping time: Generally 5-7 days by FedEx/DHL. For sculpture products marked as shipped by sea freight, delivery typically takes 3-4 weeks.

Creating time: 

Custom painting: Artists typically require 1-2 weeks to complete your order.

Generally, you will receive your purchase in 2-3 weeks after order is placed. For bulk or quantity order, please contact us at bensitler@nodusart.com to confirm the accurate time.

Custom sculpture: Sculptors typically require 2 weeks to complete your order.

In the process of creating the painting, the artist will show you photos and videos of the painting you ordered. You'll be able to express all your wishes, for example about colors and shades. And the artist will make all the necessary changes. Only when you are completely satisfied with your painting, We will express it to you.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

 

Who takes care of the delivery?

Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as FedEx, DHL, or TNT, or specialist art delivery companies.

How are the artworks packaged?

The works are packaged by NodusArt and follow a standardized packaging process.

Ships in a tube (Canvas items only):

Your painting will arrive rolled in a high-quality hard paper tube. This method is especially safe for oversized works and also helps reduce shipping costs. Rolled canvas works can be easily stretched onto wooden stretcher bars or framed by a local framer upon arrival. For works on paper, we strongly recommend sending them directly to your framer for careful, professional unrolling immediately upon delivery.

Ships in a cardboard box (Small-sized stretched/framed artwork): 

Small artworks that are stretched or framed will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We ensure that your artwork is shipped according to our high standards, with ample internal support to keep it secure during transit from NodusArt to your home.

Ships in a crate (Large-sized stretched/framed artwork):

Large artworks are shipped in a custom-built wooden crate. The crate is designed for safe international shipping and includes packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to hold the artwork firmly in place. The crate is tightly sealed to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver everywhere, or in any case all countries that our delivery companies operate in! Any concerns? Do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to find a solution for delivery – even if you live on a desert island!

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Absolutely! NodusArt organizes and ensures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

If I buy several artworks, will they be delivered at the same time?

They may be delivered at the same time (under normal circumstances).

Can I get artwork delivered to a different country or a different person?

We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally, we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it’s a surprise or a present, let us know!
